3. Shape or Size details

4. Body Color

5. Light Color(CCT) & CRI

6. Wattage

7. Control

And the Quotation with Delivery terms 

1. Manufacturing Lead Time

Order Confirmation

On receipt of Advance payment, Proforma Invoice will be issued with Dispatch Date confirmation

Production & Quality Check

As per standard operating procedures, the Lights will be produced, Electrically tested, Light output checked & final Finish Inspected within the timeline

Packing & Dispatch

As a proof of material readiness & customer approval; photos of the Light will be shared to the customer to receive the balance Payments if any, the material will be packed securely and Dispatched as per agreed terms. On dispatch; LR copy, Invoice and Packing photo will be shared.

After Sales Support

Patronik customer care would be Happy to guide you on Installing the lights or resolve warranty issues if any. Our products are thoughtfully designed to let Electricians do the installations and maintenance work with at most ease. We shall will be available from Mon-Sat 10am-6pm
